Thanks for your pickled egg receipt. I have been making these eggs for years-same ingredients except mustard seeds. I never pierced them. WHAT A GREAT TIP!! Cant wait for my next batch

Cheap draft beer + pickled eggs = toxic waste

I know, I received a letter from the EPA threatening me with heavy fines if I ever produced those kinds of pollutants again! :-D

As much as I love pickled eggs, in deference to the ozone layer and my spouse, I have given them up. :-D
