		<description>Hi Elra! Have you seen King Corn?  It&#039;s a very interesting documentary about corn production in the US.  The two guys actually make &amp; taste HFCS -- it&#039;s an incredibly involved process.

On a different note, have you ever tried Satura Cakes in Los Altos?  or Palo Alto Baking Company? I&#039;ve been generally very happy with both of their pastries -- Palo Alto Baking Company sells at the California Ave Farmer&#039;s Market, and I&#039;m quite sure they don&#039;t use HFCS</description>

I totally agree with you on High Fructose Corn Syrup, I think it should be banned! That is why I never bought any bake product, not even from a local bakery, with one exception &quot;Fleur de Cocoa&quot; in Los Gatos.
