		<description>I also love sauce made out of canned tomatoes.  This year, though, I&#039;m still making cooked food out of summer tomatoes, because my favorite tomato farmer taught me something: you can freeze tomatoes whole!  I bought a box of tomatoes from him, rinsed them, stuck them whole into plastic bags, and froze them.  The skins come right off when you want to use them.

One thing I forgot to mention is that oddly, some canned tomatoes have added salt, which can make the sauce too salty (and really, why is it there in the first place!).  One should make sure to check the label before buying canned tomatoes...</description>
