Yes! Actually you couldn’t have given me this recipe at a better time. A few hours after reading this my dog clocked me in the jaw and I have not been able to eat much since. Aside from these yummy baked blueberries that is. I can’t believe I’d never had them with sour cream before, it was really delicious!

Mama JJ — you should totally do it! I have heard blackberries are hard to control, but I’ve never heard anyone say anything bad about blueberry bushes

denise — oddly, I can’t really remember when blueberries are available in th bay area… I know you can get blackberries in august and september, which would also be delicious

Those roadside stands sound awesome, and not at all tacky. I only wish we had a large strawberry shaped fruit stand here in the DC area– what a sight that would be!
I like your simple dessert idea, and will have to try it soon.
