Denise – good to hear from you! I’ve been daydreaming about a lavender version with just a hint of sweetness and maybe a little mint… the lemon and thyme version is delicious and can go either sweet or savory

Wow, Jen. This looks great. You know I’ve tried paneer. Ricotta seems somewhat similar. I’ve been thinking of ricotta, but haven’t made any yet. The additions of lemon and thyme are just my style. Thanks!
