		<description>Erin - glad I could help facilitate such an experience! :) Do you know Bellwether Farms?  they make (IMO) the most amazing ricotta on earth.  Both the jersey and sheep milk are fantastic, but I (slightly) prefer the sheep milk variety.</description>
